# Delivery and Warranty

**Delivery timeline**

- Ready / standard machines: Dispatch in 2–3 working days from factory (after payment confirmation).
- Custom / made-to-order machines: Dispatch in 15–25 days (depends on design + workload).
- Peak season / heavy pending orders: Dispatch can take 20–25 days.

**Shipping & handover**

- Dispatch is from our factory (Ahmedabad).
- Delivery time after dispatch depends on courier/transport and your location.
- We share tracking / LR details after dispatch.

**Warranty (manufacturing defects)**

- Warranty covers manufacturing defects as per our Terms & Conditions.
- We replace defective parts during warranty as per policy (some electrical/electronic items may be excluded).
- Warranty becomes void if there is misuse, wrong installation, unauthorized modifications, or non-recommended operation.

**Spares & service support**

- Spares support is available. Share your machine model + photo/video of issue on WhatsApp for faster help.
- Wear-and-tear parts and service charges are chargeable (as applicable).
